Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/13/18 from 10:35am until 1:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the tour, there were 54 children in care with 11 staff present. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside, participating in morning learning activities, eating lunch and resting quietly during nap time. Diapering, hand washing and toileting procedures were also observed. Medication, first aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills and children's incident reports were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
