A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 3, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 11:55 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. On this date, there were 83 children present and in the care of 15 staff members. There were three additional staff members available to assist if needed. There were 124 children enrolled in the center. Ten staff members' records and nine children's records were reviewed and eight classrooms were observed. Ten staff members and five children were interviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for five children. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
