Technical Assistance:
Discussed with the Assistant Director: Assuring that you have documentation of allergies to corroborate parental requests, assuring that names are on cribs and cots.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted in conjunction with another agency to investigate allegations of an infants getting food to which they were allergic, use of cribs for more than one child and not being fed or given juice all day. Based on interviews with 4 staff, it was determined that there was no corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. The inspection began at 1:00 and ended at 3:50, If there are any questions, please contact the Licensing office at 540-347-6345.
