A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 6, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All groups are in ratio during the inspection The playground was not in use today due to inclement weather (Heat). 6 staff records were reviewed for specific items only. Full staff files are reviewed at another time at the main office. 10 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Emergency evacuation drills, Shelter-in-place drills, and medications are all in compliance. Additional space used for Summer SACC was measured today. The license will be modified to reflect the newly requested capacity. LI was present today from 11:30 AM - 1:55 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-1 Description: Based upon a review of records, one staff record is incomplete. Evidence: Staff 1 does not have documentation of current CPR certification. The card on file expired 1/2018. Plan of Correction: Staff stated she does have it, and will obtain documentation.
