A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 12:45pm and 1:30pm, there were 37children with 10 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on review of medication authorizations, there is not a written allergy plan for each child , to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic to and steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: There are no written allergy plans in place. Plan of Correction: I will add an action plan to the medical authorization form.
