An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/13/2018 from 10:30am - 1:45pm. A renewal inspection was additionally conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of the tour there were 40 children in care, ages 8 weeks - 9 years, with 6 staff. Children were observed during outdoor play, lunch and nap. The sample size included eight children and nine staff records.
