An inspection was completed after the center called with a parent concern involving redirection of a child. The Inspector interviewed staff, reviewed records and did not find a violation occurred. During the inspection, the Inspector did find a child's record was not complete. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Description: Based on record review of child #1's file, the center did not meet the requirement of documenting the proof of the child's identity and age. Evidence: 1. Child #1's file did not contain documentation that the child's identity was reviewed.

Plan of Correction: We will record, sign, and date all reviews of ID documents from now on.
