- Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding First Aid being good for 2 years. Also discussed was the allergy care plan.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 1:00pm & 2:00pm, there were 44 children with 7 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on review of medication authorizations, there is not a written allergy care plan for each child. Evidence: Child # 1 and 2 have medications on site without having a written allergy care plan on file. Plan of Correction: I will contact the parents and get an allergy care plan for each child.
