A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 12:00pm & 2:30pm, there were 91 children with 16 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-1 Description: Based on documentation review, all staff member have not obtained first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Evidence: Staff # 1 does not have record of obtaining first aid and CPR certification. Plan of Correction: She will get her CPR and first aid certification.
