- Technical Assistance:
Consultation was given on parents documenting an allergy but not providing medication as listed on PIR form. The parent should update, initial and date changes to keep information current.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 10:30-11:30. Paperwork was not left on-site due to the Inspector's printer being unavailable during the inspection. Nineteen children were present with the site director, 3 additional staff and a volunteer. Children were observed transitioning from snack, hand washing, circle time and an insect hunt. Site director has current first aid, CPR and MAT certification. Emergency preparation is up to date. Lunch/snack is provided from home. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
