Comments:
An Initial Licensing Inspection was conducted beginning at 9:00 and ending at 12:00. The facility is ready to open with all classrooms set up with supplies and equipment. Reviewed Director qualifications and background checks - complete Emergency exit plans are in each classroom. Playground was not measured due to heavy rain. Will be measured at next inspection. Description: Based on interview with the Owner/Director it was determined that the Emergency preparedness plan is not complete. Evidence: The Emergency preparedness plan needs Emergency escape drill plans, shelter in place plans and lockdown plans

Plan of Correction: The Director will complete the Emergency Preparedness plan.
