Technical Assistance:
We reviewed the importance of staff staying aware of what all individual children are doing, such as during snack.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 2:50 PM to 6:00 PM. Today, there were thirty-two children, ages five through ten years, with four staff. It was reported that ten children were supervised by two staff before school. I viewed program activities, daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, equipment and supplies, posted information, injury records, emergency supplies and drill records, five records for children, training records for five staff, staff qualifications, snack, nutrition, agency inspection reports, emergency contacts, medication, and care and protection of children. The staff were observed ensuring supervision of the children during transitions. They enjoyed gym games, art, table games, legos and toys. The staff were seen providing frequent interactions with children. No violations with licensing standards were observed. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
