Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 10:20am and 12:40pm. There were no children present during today's inspection, however there were 3 teacher's present working on their lesson plans for the school age group of children that will be arriving this afternoon. A total of 4 children?s files and 4 staff files were reviewed. There are currently no medications on site. Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-B-2
Description: Based on record review, the fingerprint results obtained for one employee are unsatisfactory. Evidence: Beginning on 1/22/2018 all new employees were required to obtain fingerprint results through Fieldprint - which conducts a nationwide criminal history search - prior to working with children. Staff #4 file contains fingerprint results from the local Sheriff's department.

Plan of Correction: She already has an appointment to the fingerprinting completed. She will not be in the classroom with the children until the results come in.
