Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/29/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the center the classrooms were outside playing on the playground. The classes began coming in to prepare for lunch. Lunch met USDA requirements. Nap time was also observed. A review of children's records was conducted at the center and a review of staff records was conducted on 8/31/18 at the main office. There are 16 children in care with seven staff and one cook present. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Inspection began: 9:50 am and ended 1:30 pm approximately.
