Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 9/4/18. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of erratic driving in a center van when transporting children from an elementary school to the center. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation. If you have any questions, contact me at mahrukh.aziz@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
