Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 2:30 pm through 4 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at Cool Spring Elementary school located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 33 children with 3 staff; good ratio for this one group. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed in June through the PRCS main office in Ashburn. The children were engaged in the following: games, art, toy play, bathroom breaks, snack, homework time, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
