Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-E
Description: Based on record review and interview, the center did not maintain a record of dates of the practice drills for one year. Evidence: 1. The supervisor stated she only had the evacuation drills and shelter in place record for the school year beginning August 2018.

Plan of Correction: The drills were completed, however I didn't realize I needed to keep last school years drill record. I will keep it in the future.
