An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted from 9:30am to 11:15am in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 09/10/2018. The staff to children ratios were checked in each classroom at 9:30am and documents were reviewed. Interviews were also conducted with staff relating to the allegations of staff to children ratios not being met. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. Director qualifications were reviewed with the director relating to the allegation the center did not have a Director. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. The flooring in a classroom was inspected relating to the allegation of a tripping hazard. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
