Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between 8:15am and 9:45am there were 60 children present with 5 direct staff. Children were observed playing outside, inside games and dismissal. Emergency plans, medications with authorizations, MAT (medication administration training), and first aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. Positive interactions were observed between staff and children. No violations were documented during the inspection. Description: Based on review of medications, not all medications are labeled with child's name, dosage amount and times to be given. Evidence: Child #1 has a medication on site without a label attached.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to put a label on the medication.
