Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/19/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 1:15. Children were observed playing outside, at circle time, being read to, eating lunch and during rest time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, the center did not complete an annual lock down drill. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed documentation of drills and a lock down drill had no been completed.

Plan of Correction: A lock down drill will be completed this week.
