47 children were in care the age range of the children of the children were five to ten years old. Three staff were present, two staff are current in MAT. Staff need to work on positive discipline with the children and be aware of voice tones. Transitions need to be faster. Inspection time 3:30-4:45pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on review of ten children's records not all were complete. Evidence: In child's A,B C,and D's record was missing the work number for mother. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for the missing information.
