An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 2 children present with 2 staff. 2 staff and 2 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and games, and enjoying the slide. Labeled lunch boxes, emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies and emergency supplies are all in compliance. There are no medications on site today.
