Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 4:05 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. with the director. There were 53 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 10 years old in the care and supervision of four staff. Children were observed practicing a fire drill and during transition from the fire drill. Children washed hands and had snack after they returned inside. Snack today was baked tostito chips and apple juice. After snack, children had homework time. Children that didn't have homework colored, played games and engaged in other quiet activities. Eight children's records and four staff records were reviewed. Eight medications and authorizations were reviewed. Fire drills are posted and up to date. The monthly menu is posted.
