Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 2:00pm until 3:41pm and on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 10:53am until 11:36am in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on August 9, 2018 concerning incident reporting and the supervision of children. During these inspections, the licensing inspector completed interviews with staff, reviewed children and staff records, incident reports, and completed observations of the children in care. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from these inspections. If you have questions, please contact the licensing inspector, Florence Martus, at 804-662-9772.
