Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, September 26, 2018. The on-site inspection was conducted from 2:55 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. On this date, there were 27 children in one group and in the care of three staff members. The total enrollment for the program was 56 children. All four staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for one child. Four staff members and five children were interviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standard observed during the inspection. Snack consisted of a pretzels and juice. Some items observed and reviewed during the inspection included required posted information, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, current health and fire inspections, documentation of evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills, hand washing and bathroom procedures, snack, transitions, homework time, large motor games in the gym, music and movement, and dismissal procedures.
