A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/25/18 from 9:50am to 12:30pm, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 61 children in care of 12 staff members. The children were observed playing in centers including table top manipulatives, coloring pictures and playing bingo. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-1 Description: Based on record review, staff did not obtain current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff # 1 was hired on 6/18/18. Staff # 1 did not obtain CPR training within 90 days of employment. Plan of Correction: Staff will be getting CPR training tomorrow.
