Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, one classroom did not ensure that hazardous substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: The 4's classroom (Room #126) had an unlocked box containing cleaning supplies sitting out on the sink/counter area. The lock was in place on the box, but was not locked. Plan of Correction: The box was locked during the time of inspection, and the teacher was counseled.
