Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on October 2, 2018 from approximately 4:25 pm until 6:10 pm. There were 35 children in care and 4 staff present with children. Additional children arrived during the inspection. The total enrollment for the program is 72 for the afternoon program and 74 for the morning program. The record review sample consisted of 6 children's records and the on site required documentation for 4 staff records. Once medication was on site and reviewed. Children were observed eating snack consisting of chicken nuggets, french fries, fruit cup and milk. Children were also observed playing in centers to include blocks, dolls, board games and cars. The results of the inspection were reviewed with the center director. There were no violations cited during this inspection. Please contact the licensing inspector with any questions (757) 404-0568.
