Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 7:30am & 9:00am, there were 51 children with 7 staff member. Physical plant, programming, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
