A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/09/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived at 8:45am and departed at 11:00am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. A sample of 4 staff and 6 children's records were reviewed in addition to 3 medications. There was 1 child in care with a diagnosed food allergy. Children were observed during circle time, being read a book and participating in art. Children were observed on the playground and infants were observed sleeping in cribs, being held and playing on the floor with staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
