Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 7:30 am - 8:45 am. There were 38 children in care being supervised by 4 staff members. The children were observed participating in cooperative games and preparing for breakfast. Breakfast served today is ham and cheese croissant, sweet potato fries, cereal bar, fruit juice, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. An allergy list was posted for children enrolled in the program with diagnosed food allergies. Allergy Care Plan's were reviewed for children with diagnosed food allergies. Staff training was reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid and Virginia Pre-Service Training. The most recent Lockdown drill was conducted 09/19/2018.
