A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/10/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 10/10/18. There were 37 children present in four groupings from two months through five years present with nine staff observed directly supervising. Eight children's records and one from the last inspection were reviewed. Seven staff records were reviewed. Two emergency medications were observed. The inspector arrived at the center at 9:30 am and departed at 4:00 pm. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
