An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 6:30 AM and ending at 7:50 AM. There were thirteen school age children in the care of two staff members. The children were observed jumping rope, reading, playing card games, and a ball game. Ten children's records and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 10/03/18. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 09/6/18. The most recent health inspection was documented as 06/05/18.
