A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/15/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A monitoring inspection was conducted from 8:30am-11:00am. The center has moved address locations so a modification and renewal were conducted. There were no changes in staff or enrolled children. A sample of 2 staff and 5 children's records were reviewed in addition to 2 medications. The owner has a plan for supervision of the non-potty trained children to use the main bathroom with the changing table in it. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
