A Subsidy Health and Safety inspections was conducted on 10/16/2018 from 9:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 45 children were in care with eleven staff and one administrators. Five children records, five staff records, six injury reports, emergency plan, evacuation drills, first aid kits, emergency supplies, playground, and posted required information was reviewed. Children were observed during infant feeding, diaper change, handwashing, infant floor time, story and song time, fine gross motor activity, lunchtime, and naptime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
