Arrived 2:15pm Departed 5:40pm A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/16/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are listed . Fifty-six children were in care today with six staff. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-032-A Description: Based on the review of the emergency drill records, the facility failed to conduct all required emergency drills. Evidence: 1. No lock down drill was conducted in the last 12 months. Plan of Correction: The chief of staff will insure that a lock down drill is conducted annually. The first one will be conducted within two weeks.
