The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 10:00am - 12:15pm. There were twenty six children in care: three infants with two staff, seven toddlers with two staff and sixteen preschoolers with three staff and one volunteer. The children were observed at story time, playing in the centers, napping, playing with blocks, at circle time and during lunch. Five children's records were reviewed.
