The physical plant, programming, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating lunch, which consisted of chicken, Mexican rice, mixed vegetables and fresh fruit. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed.
