Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on observation, the area outside and one area inside is not maintained in safe condition. Evidence: 1. On the outside playground, against the wall, there were construction items including ladders, wooden beams and cement filled buckets. Also, there are windows showing signs of splintered and deteriorating wood. 2. Inside, there was a cracked pink tile in the hallway leading to the eating area. The tile had a piece missing and exposed the base floor. Plan of Correction: Will contact maintenance and have items cleared and fixed.
