Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 16, 2018 from 2:30 p.m. through 4:40 p.m. There were eleven children in the care of two staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Areas observed were: free choice activity, hand washing/bathroom procedures, snack, and outside play. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriated and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
