An unannounced Subsidy and Health and Safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with a renewal inspection with the director beginning at 10:45 AM and ending at 1:20 PM. There were forty-four children in the care of eight staff members. Three infants were observed sleeping in cribs and one was observed doing tummy time. The preschool children were observed eating lunch which consisted of pasta with tomato sauce, green beans with potatoes, pineapples, and milk. Ten children's records and seven staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The playground area was not inspected due to inclement weather. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 9/27/18. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/17/18. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 3/9/18. The most recent health inspection was documented 10/1/18.
