Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/29/18 from 10:50am - 12:50pm. During the inspection there were 22 children ages three years old through five years old in care with five staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms, playing outside, eating lunch and during rest period. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff. Medication, emergency procedures and emergency supplies were reviewed during the inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
