A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 1, 2018 Nto review supplemental health and safety requirements. Documentation of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 64 children present with 13 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, outdoor play, hand washing and diapering. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. An exit meeting was conducted with an administrator prior to closure of the inspection.
