A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11-1-18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Children and staff files, and other documentation were reviewed. There were 50 children, aged 2 months-4 years, in care with 8 staff, and office staff. Children were active in outdoor play, activities, group time, personal hygiene, lunch time, and rest time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice.
