Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 5, 2018 from 12:30 p.m. through 2:25 p.m. There were twenty-three children in the care of two staff. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Five children's and four staff records were reviewed and updated. Areas observed were: hand washing bathroom procedures, transition, movie, table cleaning and sanitizing, group activities in the gym, and snack. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.
The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information. The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is not responsible for any errors in or omissions from the compliance history information.
