A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/06/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Present during the inspection were 34 children, ages 4 years-12 years, 3 staff providing direct care and supervision and one support staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and five staff records during today's inspection. The staff stated that there was no medication on site during the inspection. The children were observed in the following activities: an art/cooking project, large motor play in the gym, center/free choice play, having lunch and preparing to swim. The inspector reviewed the emergency procedures and emergency supplies during the inspection today. The inspector discussed items from home and verifying children's ages with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection were found. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:50 a.m. and departed at 1:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Becky Forestier at 540-309-2835.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
