The inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection from 2:15 until 4:30 p.m. There were 11 infants and children in care with staff supervising at all times. Five children's records were reviewed, and five staff records were reviewed on 10/10/2018 at the main office. Children were being observed having a snack, washing hands, playing indoors and being picked up by their parents. infants were observed being fed, resting, playing, and being picked up by their parents. the area of non-compliance is identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, the center failed to keep all hazardous substances locked. Evidence: 1. The inspector observed a spray bottle marked Clorax on a top shelf in the front room of the downstairs classroom. Plan of Correction: Staff will keep all hazardous substances locked.
