Comments:
Following a self-reported allegation regarding care and protection, the Inspector was on site on 10/25/18 to investigate the report involving supervision, care and protection. The Pre 1 Class was observed, staff interviews conducted and staff records were reviewed. No violations were found regarding the self report. The Inspector also conducted a monitoring inspection of the facility today. Children's records, classroom programming, children's nutrition, staff records, background checks, the physical plant, and administrative documents were reviewed. The children were actively engaged on the playground, participating in morning activities such as singing and circle time and interacting with caregivers today. This inspection was completed between approximately 9:50am and 12:30pm.
