A discussion was held regarding center policy on closing procedures, and when staff can begin this process, management stated there is not policy in place.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted Friday, November 16, 2018. regarding standard 22VAC40-185-(5)-340F: children under the age of 10 must always be within sight and sound of a qualified staff member. Upon careful review of staff records, interviews with staff and ratio review the preponderance of evidence does not support this complaint.
