The new subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): 22VAC40-665-770 Procedures for emergencies: Procedures for the continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency must be included in the emergency response plan. The facility is to review all the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on November 19, 2018 from approximately 3:30 pm until 6:35 pm. There were 9 children and 2 staff present with children . The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and 3 staff records. Children were observed eating snack, working on homework and playing board games. There were no areas of violation.
